Mobile is so 1.0

I am a fan of many things AJAX and I am a fan of mobile devices (especially my 7130c BlackBerry). Unfortunately mobile browsers offer limited Javascript and CSS support. So what is a web developer to do?

I'm not exactly sure yet. But it is an interesting dilemma. Many of the techniques I have come to love simply don't work on anything mobile. To give you an idea of how hard it is to use CSS and Javascript effectively try re-coding a few functions, or your stylesheet without the use of classes or ids.

For the past three months I have been giving myself a crash course on everything web and everything mobile. There have been some winning design choices and some utter failures, but ultimately my future projects will get the real payoff.
